Deepwatch appoints Brian Dhatt as CEO on May 5, 2026. Dhatt succeeds John DiLullo, who remains as advisor, while Anand Ramanathan advances from Chief Product and Technology Officer to President. Dhatt previously led technology at BigCommerce and Borderfree through their IPOs. Anand Ramanathan brings experience from McAfee, Proofpoint, Cisco, and Skyhigh Security. The appointments support Deepwatch's shift to a scaled autonomous SOC platform.
