BCU Launches Freeda Agent with NeuraFlash Using Agentforce to Resolve 84% of Inquiries

BCU partnered with NeuraFlash to deploy the Freeda autonomous virtual assistant on the Agentforce 360 Platform. The agent handles member service inquiries and resolves 84% independently within 90 days of launch. BCU plans to extend Agentforce into lead nurturing agents and launch multiple new agents each quarter. BCU launched the Freeda agent on May 13, 2026.
