Scale AI founder Alexandr Wang attributed his accomplishments to hyperfocus and investing extra time and effort. The comments came from Alexandr Wang while CEO of Scale AI before his June 2025 move to Meta. Scale AI has since grown to 1,300 employees with plans for 500 additional hires by end of 2026.
