AHEAD Acquires Prolimax and Appoints Paul Allen as EMEA Sales EVP

AHEAD announced on May 12, 2026 the acquisition of Netherlands-based Prolimax and appointment of Paul Allen as Executive Vice President of Sales, EMEA. Allen, previously Area Vice President at World Wide Technology, will lead EMEA growth from London and report to Executive Chairman Stephen Ayoub. The company will open a new AHEAD Foundry facility in Reading, UK later in 2026 and add a Bangalore technology center of excellence in India. Prolimax brings EU certifications including ISO, VAT, Article 23, and EORI.
