Shift4 Retires SkyTab Brand and Reports Q1 2026 Revenue of $1.12 Billion

Shift4 Payments reported Q1 2026 gross revenue of $1.12 billion, up 32% year-over-year, with adjusted EBITDA up 39% and free cash flow up 26%. The company retired its SkyTab restaurant POS brand and rolled it into Shift4 Dine, with over half of active restaurant merchants now using the new software. Active SkyTab merchant counts grew more than 40% year-over-year. Shift4 secured a five-year renewal with Choice Hotels plus partnerships with Inter Miami CF and Chicago Fire FC. International expansion via Shift4 One is live in seven countries with a target of 15 by year-end.
