TIGRIS Aquatic Services LLC acquired Charles Aquatics Inc on May 7, 2026. The deal expands TIGRIS's operations into the Jacksonville Florida market and broader Southeast United States region. Charles Aquatics founded in 2005 provides aquatic management services. TIGRIS formed in 2022 and headquartered in Bordentown New Jersey completed its third transaction with this acquisition.
