Morgan Stanley raised Palo Alto Networks price target to $265 from $215 on May 14, 2026 while maintaining Overweight rating. Palo Alto Networks launched Idira identity security platform as upgrade for CyberArk customers and announced intent to acquire Portkey AI gateway technology. Palo Alto Networks completed $400 million acquisition of Israeli firm Koi for endpoint and software supply chain security as its 12th Israeli cyber deal since 2014. Palo Alto Networks stock rose 15.9 percent over the past week to $227.79 with market capitalization at $184.7 billion. Idira manages human and non-human identities across enterprises.
