Nebius Secures Up to $2.6 Billion Power Agreement with Bloom Energy

Nebius and Bloom Energy entered a Master Fuel Cell Capacity Agreement on May 20, 2026 with Nebius committing up to $2.6 billion in monthly service fees over the contract life. The deal delivers 250 MW guaranteed capacity and 328 MW installed capacity rolled out in three phases each with a 10-year term. Bloom installs operates and maintains the systems while Nebius pays for the power. Bloom Energy CEO KR Sridhar described the partnership as validation of demand for fuel cell solutions in AI data centers.
