Anthropic launched Claude for Small Business on May 13, 2026, with a one-click HubSpot connector that enables lead triage, customer pulse monitoring, and campaign attribution inside the CRM. The integration runs via Claude Cowork and handles tasks such as analyzing HubSpot campaign performance and generating promo strategies without switching tools. HubSpot partnered with Anthropic to build the first CRM connector for Claude, allowing go-to-market teams to access HubSpot context directly. The launch also includes connectors for QuickBooks, PayPal, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
