CyborgDB Beats Milvus on wiki-all-1M Benchmark at 99% Recall

CyborgDB published benchmark results showing it outperforms Milvus on the wiki-all-1M dataset at 99% recall. CyborgDB achieved higher QPS than Milvus while offering encryption at rest. Specific comparisons list Milvus QPS ranging from 29 to 66 across recall levels versus CyborgDB's 220 QPS at 99% recall with DiskIVF.
