Apollo.io acquired Pocus, an enterprise-grade revenue intelligence platform. The deal combines Pocus' AI-driven signal intelligence and intelligent workflows with Apollo's scale to accelerate its AI-native go-to-market operating system vision. CEO Matt Curl stated the acquisition strengthens Apollo's position for upmarket expansion from SMB to enterprise. Apollo approaches $200M ARR following the transaction announced in March 2026.
