Neon elevated Joey Monteiro to President of Worldwide Marketing on April 13, 2026. Alexandra Altschuler advanced to President of Media while Don Wilcox, Mike Winton, and Danielle Lee received promotions to EVP of Marketing, EVP of Marketing, and Director of Creative Services respectively. Cat Fisher joined as EVP of Marketing from FilmNation Entertainment. Neon achieved a record 18 Oscar nominations including a best international feature win for Sentimental Value in the prior awards season.
