Planview appointed Matt Zilli as Chief Executive Officer effective January 7, 2026. Zilli joined Planview through its February 2021 acquisition of Clarizen where he served as CEO and most recently held the role of President of Field Operations at Planview. Zilli brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology including scaling Marketo from $60 million to $4.75 billion revenue ahead of its 2018 acquisition by Adobe. Planview CEO Matt Zilli stated the company is accelerating its AI-first platform vision connecting strategy to execution while former CEO Razat Gaurav transitions to the Board.
