Crusoe announced purchases of 12 GWh of Form Energy’s 100-hour iron-air batteries and expansion of its Redwood Materials partnership in March 2026. The Form deal represents the second large sale for Form Energy following its 30 GWh Google project in Minnesota. Deliveries to Crusoe begin in 2027, expected to generate hundreds of millions in revenue for Form as it pursues a $500 million funding round. The Redwood expansion adds 8 MW of power from repurposed EV batteries to the existing 12 MW/63 MWh microgrid. Form Energy has raised $1.4 billion to date according to PitchBook.
