UiPath announced the untimely passing of S. Somasegar a member of its Board of Directors on May 12 2026. S. Somasegar joined the UiPath Board of Directors in September 2024 and served on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He provided advice and guidance as a veteran technology executive and longtime ally to the UiPath leadership team. UiPath expressed condolences to his wife Akila his daughters and colleagues at Madrona Ventures.
