Asymbl Expands Multi-Year Collaboration with Salesforce on Agentforce 360 and Workforce Orchestration

Asymbl announced a multi-year plan on February 17, 2026 to expand its work with Salesforce using Agentforce 360 Platform, Data 360, and Slack for workforce orchestration. Asymbl reached Salesforce’s highest partner tier as Summit Partner and received Salesforce's first Agentforce Customer Success Award in 2025. The hybrid workforce generated approximately $5 million in productivity impact in 2025, with expectations to grow to between $8 million and $11 million in 2026. Asymbl achieved 5,800% revenue growth and $1.5M in cost savings through its Salesforce partnership.
