dLocal entered Qatar, Kuwait and Oman in the first quarter of 2026, increasing its country presence to more than 60 markets. The expansion adds to existing Middle East operations in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Egypt, supported by 38 licenses across 26 markets and 16 additional applications. Pedro Arnt, CEO of dLocal, highlighted the move as a hedge against African volatility while maintaining full-year guidance of 50-60% TPV growth. dLocal also closed an asset purchase from AZA Finance in Africa, acquiring customer relationships, intellectual property, licenses and talent for strategic regional capabilities.
