Smartsheet Adds Four Executives to C-Suite Including CMO and CCO

Smartsheet announced four C-suite changes on March 27, 2026. Robson Grieve joined as Chief Marketing Officer from Motive with prior Concur experience. Toyan Espeut joined as Chief Customer Officer from Apptio. Pratima Arora was promoted to Chief Product and Technology Officer after prior roles at Chainalysis, Atlassian, Salesforce and Concur. Kelsi McDonald Harris was promoted to Chief Business Officer after serving as senior VP of business operations and as CEO Rajeev Singh’s chief of staff.
