Act! v26.1 Delivers Customizable Outlook Sidebar and Self-Service Portal

Act! v26.1 includes a refreshed and customizable Act! Sidebar for Outlook with richer customer insights and a new in-app self-service portal for account administrators to manage subscription and billing. The sidebar enhancements allow viewing notes, adding the ID/Status field, and displaying a drop-down for contacts with the same email address. Act! v26.1 builds on Act! Premium v26 released July 17 2024. The portal reduces administrative overhead for Act! Premium Desktop users.
