Rivet Industries raised $57.5 million in a Series A funding round on March 31, 2026. Dave Marra, CEO and founder with prior Palantir and Microsoft experience, leads the company in developing rugged face-worn computers for military use. The round builds on a prior $12.57 million seed and a $195 million U.S. Army contract under the Soldier Borne Mission Command program. Investors include Snowpoint Ventures, Point72, Palantir Technologies, and Duquesne Family Office. Rivet Industries targets a $500 million valuation with the new capital to scale production of Hard Spec smart glasses integrating real-time data, night vision, and AI.
