Zapier announced expanded enterprise AI governance capabilities on April 23, 2026. New features include app access controls, action restrictions, managed app connections, domain restrictions, Bring Your Own Model routing via AWS Bedrock, and Workspaces generally available by end of Q2 2026. The update covers no-code workflows, AI agents, MCP-connected assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, and SDK-built applications. Zapier Agents reached general availability with Enterprise MCP support. A survey of 200 enterprise executives showed 93% experience AI initiatives failing to reach production due to governance issues.
