Megaport's Latitude.sh Lands AU$254 Million In AI Hardware Deals

Megaport reported on May 14, 2026 that its Latitude.sh unit signed three artificial intelligence hardware deals worth about AU$254 million with two US tech customers. The contracts cover graphics processing units, central processing units, networking, and storage for AI workloads over 24 to 36 months. The deals imply about AU$90.6 million of annualized recurring revenue but require AU$140.3 million of extra capital expenditure. Megaport shares jumped roughly 34 percent after the update.
