Dynatrace Surpasses $2 Billion ARR in Q4 FY2026 Earnings with FY2027 Guidance

Dynatrace announced Q4 and full year fiscal 2026 results on May 13, 2026, with total ARR of $2,054 million up 18% year-over-year. Revenue totaled $532 million for the quarter, up 19% year-over-year, and the company provided FY2027 guidance for ARR between $2,382 million and $2,402 million. Acquisitions of DevCycle and Bindplane were completed to enhance feature management and telemetry pipeline capabilities. Jim Benson, CFO of Dynatrace, noted the company repurchased $224 million of stock in Q4, completing the initial $500 million program. Dynatrace recorded record 22 deals with annual contract value above $1 million in the quarter.
