Marimaca Copper Advances MOD Project with Sulphuric Acid JV MOU and Sectorial Permits

Marimaca Copper Corp. signed a non-binding MOU with a large-scale sulphuric acid plant operator in the Mejillones industrial area on May 19, 2026. The MOU evaluates refurbishment and integration of the previously acquired Dos Amigos Acid Plant for self-supply at the Marimaca Oxide Deposit. Sectorial permit submissions for the MOD were completed on schedule in April 2026 with approvals expected in Q4 2026. Marimaca Copper Corp. continues advancing the project toward Final Investment Decision with critical path items on schedule in 2026.
