LiteLLM announced on May 18, 2026 that its current professional support model no longer fits company scale. The prior model with dedicated Slack or Teams channel for integration and provider troubleshooting will be deprecated. LiteLLM plans to share details on new system with clear predictable communication over next few weeks while maintaining enterprise license benefits during transition.
