Sentry Survey Shows Large Business Leaders Optimistic for 2026

Sentry released a survey of large business executives on 2026 performance expectations. More than three-quarters (76%) view increases in litigation and multimillion-dollar verdicts as a problem in their industry. Tony Trenzeluk, Managing Director of Government Affairs at Sentry, commented on litigation trends. The survey found 63% believe a single large verdict could put their company at risk of closure.
