XBOW Raises $120M Series C Led by DFJ Growth and Northzone with Former Sumo Logic CEO Ramin Sayar Joining Board

XBOW announced its $120 million Series C financing round on May 13, 2026, led by DFJ Growth and Northzone at a valuation exceeding $1 billion. Ramin Sayar, former CEO of Sumo Logic, joined the XBOW board of directors as part of the round to support enterprise scaling. The company also joined the AWS ISV Accelerate Program for co-selling its autonomous offensive security platform. XBOW raised an additional $35 million from investors including Accenture Ventures and NVIDIA’s NVentures.
