Sow Good secured a flexible $20 million non-convertible private placement credit facility on May 5, 2026, to support its proposed acquisition of the Nachu Graphite Project and transition to a critical minerals and battery anode developer. The facility provides non-dilutive working capital without conversion features. Sow Good previously announced the all-stock acquisition of 100% of Ryzon Materials’ Tanzanian subsidiaries holding the Nachu project in the Lindi Region for approximately US$107 million in April 2026. The company posted an investor presentation on April 22, 2026, detailing the transaction and its $1.2 billion NPV projection for the project. Sow Good plans to advance the Nachu project toward construction while managing its existing consumer products operations separately.
