CGI Appoints Tim Hurlebaus President and CEO Effective May 12 2026

CGI Board of Directors appoints Tim Hurlebaus as President and Chief Executive Officer and Board member effective immediately on May 12 2026. Hurlebaus previously served two years as President and COO responsible for operations in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia representing nearly half of CGI annual revenue. He succeeds François Boulanger who retires after nearly 40 years in IT services and 30 years at CGI. Hurlebaus started his career at CGI as a developer and consultant more than 35 years ago and has led business growth strategies across multiple regions.
