Moonshot AI Raises $2 Billion at $20 Billion Valuation

Moonshot AI raised $2 billion in a funding round at a $20 billion valuation on May 7, 2026. The round was led by Long-Z Investments, the venture capital arm of Meituan, with participation from Tsinghua Capital, China Mobile, and CPE Yuanfeng. Moonshot AI raised $3.9 billion over the past six months and reported annualized recurring revenue topping $200 million in April from paid subscriptions and API usage. Moonshot AI was valued at $4.3 billion at the end of 2025 and at $10 billion following a $700 million raise earlier in 2026.
