Forbes reported on May 14 2026 that incoming PagerDuty CEO John DiLullo and outgoing CEO Jennifer Tejada attended an AI nightlife event in San Francisco. The event featured robots as a draw and included discussions with the PagerDuty leadership pair. Tejada had served as CEO since 2016 scaling the company to nearly 500 million dollars in revenue. DiLullo assumed the CEO role on May 11 2026 after prior positions at Deepwatch and LiveVox. The company reaffirmed its first quarter fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of 118 million to 120 million dollars ahead of earnings on May 28 2026.
