Microsoft added Dynamics 365 Contact Center and Microsoft Copilot Studio as eligible workloads for the Solutions Partner designation for Business Applications on May 6, 2026. Copilot Studio joins the performance category while Dynamics 365 Contact Center joins both performance and customer success categories. Partners gain greater flexibility to qualify or renew the designation by delivering solutions across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. The change took effect May 6, 2026 and applies to partners currently pursuing or holding the Business Applications Solutions Partner designation.
