ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. board approved the 2026 Restructuring Program on May 5, 2026. The program includes a global reduction in force of approximately 600 employees, or 20% of first-quarter headcount, with most charges of $45 million to $60 million expected in the second and third quarters. CEO Henry Schuck notified 340 employees in the U.S., India, and U.K. on May 11, 2026, primarily in go-to-market and G&A roles. ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. expects the program to lower annual run-rate operating expenses by about $60 million.
