Moveworks transitioned case management to ServiceNow Now Support effective March 16, 2026. Gov Cloud customers migrate to ServiceNow HiWave instance targeting April or May 2026. The change follows the December 2025 acquisition of Moveworks by ServiceNow. Customers receive integrated support across the combined platform.
