JetBrains Issues Security Advisory for TeamCity Vulnerability Fixed in 2026.1

JetBrains published a security advisory on May 12, 2026, for a vulnerability in TeamCity versions prior to 2026.1 and 2025.11.5. The advisory recommends immediate updates to address the issue identified on May 11, 2026. TeamCity 2026.1 includes the fix for CVE-2026-44413, a post-authentication vulnerability that exposed server API parts to unauthorized users in On-Premises installations. Users of versions from 2017.1 onward can apply a security patch plugin as an interim measure. The release also bundles SAML authentication and adds AI-related features such as MCP support.
