Neon Makes Marketing Hires and Promotions Following CMO Departure

Neon completed marketing department changes on April 13, 2026 after Chief Marketing Officer Christian Parkes departed to Warner Bros. in late 2025. Joey Monteiro took the role of President of Worldwide Marketing overseeing domestic and international efforts. Alexandra Altschuler became President of Media with prior experience building the team since 2023 at Neon from A24. Additional promotions included Don Wilcox to EVP of Marketing and Mike Winton to EVP of Marketing after nine years at the studio. Tom Quinn noted the deep bench of talent delivering results for nearly a decade.
