SolarWinds released Platform 2026.1.1 update resolving SNMP Hardware Health Sensors issues on Additional Polling Engines. Users reported the bug referenced internally as Jira OO-51486 after May 9, 2026 discussions. The issue stemmed from removal of the Web folder from Additional Polling Engines breaking Hardware Health polling. Engineers confirmed the bug after testing on EngineID 27 and other APEs. SolarWinds advised repair steps for Collector Service and Job Engine components.
