HubSpot CTO Dharmesh Shah filed a Form 4 reporting the open-market purchase of 10,000 shares at a weighted average price of $181.37 on May 12, 2026. The transaction increased his direct holdings to 1,295,400 shares. CEO Yamini Rangan filed a separate Form 4 for her purchase of 2,750 shares at $189.84 on the same date. The filings occurred after HubSpot shares had fallen to five-year lows following the Q1 earnings release.
