Klaviyo shifted to active profiles billing in February 2025 and maintains that model in 2026. The free plan covers up to 250 active profiles with 500 emails and 150 mobile credits monthly. Paid Email plan starts at $20 per month for 251-500 contacts with 5,000 emails or 10x profile limit. Email plus SMS add-on begins at $35 per month for 500 contacts. Enterprise accounts over $10,000 monthly spend incur a mandatory 20% surcharge.
