CoreWeave acquires Weights & Biases to create end-to-end AI platform

CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler, acquired Weights & Biases in March 2025 to combine infrastructure with the AI developer platform. The deal integrates CoreWeave cloud services with Weights & Biases tools for model training, evaluation, and monitoring. Weights & Biases previously served over 1,500 organizations including Nvidia, Canva, Cohere, Meta, Snowflake, Square, Toyota, and Amazon. CoreWeave now offers the combined platform to accelerate AI development, training, and scaling for enterprises.
