OpenObserve v0.80.0 Release Adds ML Anomaly Detection and MCP 2025-11-25 Spec Upgrade

OpenObserve released v0.80.0 on April 23, 2026. The update introduced ML-based anomaly detection with the Random Cut Forest algorithm, a dashboard overhaul including pivot tables and TanStack table migration, plus RUM Sourcemap support. RBAC coverage expanded to report folders, incidents, and logs patterns while MCP implementation upgraded to the 2025-11-25 specification. The release also added custom AI tool definitions and Work Group v2 for slot-based admission control.
