Iterable launched Nova Agent, an AI agent that evaluates customer behavior in real time and adjusts campaigns dynamically. The agent integrates with Google Ads for real-time audience syncing and includes an SMS Compliance Toolkit plus stored message retention for audit-ready records. Iterable also added a Command Center for centralized campaign views and Unknown User Activation to engage high-intent anonymous visitors.
