Poolside is seeking new partners including Google for its Project Horizon 2-gigawatt data center in the Permian Basin, Texas, after CoreWeave exited the anchor tenant role for the 15-year lease on the first 250MW phase. The parallel $2 billion Series C funding round at $14 billion valuation including up to $1 billion from Nvidia collapsed in early April 2026 with only $250 million in soft commitments secured. Poolside is now targeting commitments for up to 400MW capacity construction.
