Oppenheimer analyst Ittai Kidron raised the price target on Palo Alto Networks to $275 from $245 on May 15, 2026, maintaining an Outperform rating. The upgrade followed attendance at the CyberArk Impact 2026 conference where Palo Alto Networks rebranded its CyberArk acquisition to the Idira identity security platform. Idira unifies identity and privilege management for humans, machines, and AI agents while integrating with Strata, Cortex, and Prisma AIRS. Palo Alto Networks reported Q2 FY2026 revenue of $2.59 billion, up 15% year over year, with Next-Generation Security ARR reaching $6.3 billion. Nikesh Arora stated that customers seek to modernize their cybersecurity stacks.
