ANZ to Acquire Worldline's 51% Stake in Australian Payments Joint Venture

ANZ signed a binding agreement on April 29, 2026 to acquire Worldline's 51% interest in Worldline Australia for an enterprise value of AUD 89 million. The joint venture provides payment acceptance services in Australia. The transaction is expected to complete between July 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026. BNP Paribas SA acted as financial advisor for Worldline SA in the deal.
