The tier delivers unlimited IOPS and ultra-low latency while benchmarked as the fastest Postgres in the cloud. It starts at $50 per month for teams facing database performance bottlenecks. PlanetScale also offers Postgres via Neki sharding engine with general availability in late 2025.
