TIGRIS Aquatic Services Acquires Charles Aquatics Inc to Expand Southeast Operations

TIGRIS Aquatic Services LLC acquired Charles Aquatics Inc on May 7 2026. TIGRIS based in Bordentown New Jersey and a Plexus Capital portfolio company purchased the Jacksonville Florida firm founded in 2005 by Jim Charles. The deal adds aquatic vegetation control water quality management lake consulting and fountain aeration system installation repair services to TIGRIS portfolio. TIGRIS now operates in 14 states following the Southeast expansion. David Pullins CEO of TIGRIS welcomed the Charles team while Jim Charles cited shared cultural values with the new partner.
