Ironclad Hires Ex-Asana SVP Mike Jordan as Chief People Officer

Ironclad named Mike Jordan Chief People Officer on May 14, 2026. Jordan most recently served as SVP and Head of Talent Learning and Strategy at Asana developing an AI-first approach to productivity. He previously oversaw talent management for HP's global 60,000-person workforce. Ironclad CEO Dan Springer highlighted Jordan's role in scaling culture as the company surpasses $200 million ARR and processes over two billion contracts. Former Ironclad CPO Ambrosia Vertesi moved to an internal strategic people role. The company also hired Sasa Ferrari as VP of Talent Acquisition and Léo Murgel as VP of Product Partnerships.
