Zelis acquires Rivet to expand AI-driven revenue cycle analytics

Zelis acquired Rivet on January 14, 2026. The deal embeds Rivet's AI-enabled analytics and dashboards into the Zelis platform. Rivet serves more than 750 payer organizations and millions of healthcare providers. Ted Ferrin is CEO at Rivet and stated joining Zelis extends the company's mission. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
