Nebius Group announced securing up to 1.2 GW of power and land for a new owned AI factory in Pennsylvania on May 13, 2026. The company raised 2026 capex guidance to $20-25 billion from the prior $16-20 billion range. Nebius Group N.V. signed a $27 billion five-year contract with Meta Platforms including $12 billion for dedicated capacity. Q1 2026 revenue reached $399 million with AI cloud revenue at $390 million. Nebius Group N.V. expanded contracted capacity above 3.5 GW and targets over 4 GW by year-end.
